- We are committed to protecting your & everyone else’s privacy. Any unauthorized attempts to access or exploit our website's data will be strictly prohibited.
Products & Services:
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- Every food item is made by hand, and there is bound to be some variation between two pieces / what is shown on the website.
- All products or product pricing are subject to change / discontinuation at any time without notice.
- We can change the Offers & Discounts on our website, without any prior notice.
Order processing Time & Delivery:
- The processing time may vary. We will make every effort to despatch your orders promptly.
- The delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control
- Pls ensure someone is there to receive the package during the expected delivery timeframe. Else, the delivery agent will bring the package back to our premises, and it will solely be your responsibility to have it collected. Under no condition will we be held responsible for the temperature of the food or the quality if so impacted or any damage to packaging during this extended handling period.
Damaged or Misplaced Orders:
- If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please notify the delivery partner & us immediately. We will work with the delivery partner to resolve the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement of the order.
- In the event that your order is misplaced during delivery please notify us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with our delivery partner to locate the package. If it is determined to be lost, we will work with you to provide a replacement / refund depending on product availability, your preference and validity.
Order Modification, Order Cancellation, Order Issue & Refund Policy
- An order once placed on the website, cannot be edited. You can contact us on the numbers provided and we will try our best to accommodate changes if possible. Any resulting change in the billing amount, will have to be paid before we incorporate the change in the order preparation.
- Any cancellation request received on our provided contact numbers within 5 mins of order confirmation will be accepted. No order cancellation request after this mentioned time frame will be accommodated. For any order cancelled thus, a refund will be initiated as soon as the cancellation is accepted, and should reflect in your account in 2-3 working days. This process can take longer, due to issues / delays at bank’s ends.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order, even after it has been confirmed, without prior notice. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you and provide alternate options or a refund if applicable
- If there is an issue such as incorrect items, missing items, or quality concerns, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary & thought relevant, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the specific circumstances and at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE KITCHEN COMPANY and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
